Bill Morin
Bill Morin has been a Mortgage Loan Officer since 1994. He enjoys
working for Fairway Mortgage because of the ability to work as
banker/broker and offer loan programs from more than 100 investors.
This variety allows Bill to provide each client with mortgage
financing that is perfectly suited to their individual needs.
Along with finding just the right loan, Bill continues the "Fairway
Experience" by keeping his clients and their realtors up-to-date
with a custom, real time email system designed to inform them
of the status of their loan at each stage of the process. For
Bill, his relationship with his clients doesn't end when the
loan closes. He stays in touch throughout the years—tracking
important dates regarding the loan; watching interest rates;
remembering birthdays; and in general, living up to his motto —"We
Look After Your Interests—Today, Tomorrow, for Life."
Aside from taking great pleasure in creating satisfied clients,
Bill cherishes every minute he’s able to spend with his family.
His beautiful wife, Erica, his daughter Taylor and two sons,
Breck and Braeden are his pride and joy. When he has the time,
he enjoys golf, golf and more golf!

Danielle Vargo
A Senior Loan Officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation,
Danielle Vargo has been in the mortgage business since 1996.
Danielle attributes her success to her loyal clientele and remarkable
processing and marketing teams.
A graduate of Xavier High School, she went on to receive a Bachelor
of Arts degree at the University of California Santa Barbara.
Danielle continues to heighten her scope of knowledge in the
industry through financial seminars and continuing education
in the real estate field.
Danielle lives in Central Phoenix with her husband John, son Dillon,
daughter Grace and Yellow Labrador, Max. When not working or
spending time with her family, she enjoys yoga, reading, and
bike riding.
In addition, Danielle has been an active member of The Junior League
of Phoenix since 1997 and served on the Board of Directors in
2003-2004. She has volunteered over 100 hours of service with
Horses Help and participated in several community leadership
forums.

Josh Held
Josh Held and the Fairway Mortgage Team bring a strong commitment
to customer service on every loan transaction. Josh believes
communication, communication and communication are the three
most important factors in a successful mortgage transaction,
and that philosophy is emphasized in the way he and his team
do business.
Josh has been a valley resident since 1987 and earned his bachelors
degree in accounting from Northern Arizona University. Josh is
engaged with plans to wed his beautiful fiancé in early
2005. In his free time, Josh enjoys playing softball, hunting/fishing,
traveling, golfing, and dining out with his bride to be.

Karl Weiss
Karl Weiss, CMPS, ARECI is a Senior Mortgage Banker for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.
Karl’s Mission Statement:

Karl Weiss was born in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Karl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Northern Arizona University in 1994.
He entered the financial planning industry in May of 1994 as a registered representative with Money Managers Ltd.
Karl was a NASD Registered Representative and a SEC Registered Investment Advisor with
Long Grove Trading Company, Itasca, Illinois.
He was a fully licensed general securities broker, and has carried the following licenses:
series 7, 63, & 65, as well as being an agent for the sales of life, disability, medical,
nursing home insurance, as well as fixed and variable annuities.
Karl has been actively engaged in continuing education in the financial planning industry.
He is a member of the International Association of Financial Planners.
Mr. Weiss was a weekly guest on CLTV’s Money Show.
He also co-hosted a Financial Radio show on WYKT 105.5 FM for over two years.
Mr. Weiss increased the scope of his financial background in 1998 when he formally entered the mortgage industry.
After years of giving financial advice with regards to home loans, he made it a focus of his business.
He has worked in a variety of settings including a small broker shop, a regional closely held banking company,
a fortune 250 company, and he has managed a mortgage company for the largest Re/Max franchise in Arizona.
He currently uses Fairway Independent Mortgage as the backbone of his banking business.
It provides flexibility to originate VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional, Alt-A, Non-prime & Construction Loans
for purchases, refinances, primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
He has chosen not to renew his financial planning licenses & designations,
and now focuses exclusively on Mortgage Banking.
Mr. Weiss currently holds licenses in both Illinois & Wisconsin.
He has the ability to help you, your family & your colleagues with residential home loans in over 30 states.
Karl is currently a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.
He educates clients by explaining a variety of options.
